1. Registration & Admission

2. Fees & Payment

3. Attendance & Pick-Up

• Children will only be released to a parent/guardian or individuals who have been previously authorized by the parent/guardian.

4. Child Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians must inform the Academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs related to the child.
• If the child shows signs of illness, parents/guardians may be requested to keep the child at home to protect their safety and the safety of other children.
• In emergency situations, the Academy reserves the right to take the necessary measures and contact the parent/guardian using the registered contact information.

5. Activities & Events

• The Academy may organize educational, recreational, indoor, and outdoor activities and events.
• Parents/guardians will be informed of any requirements or additional fees related to such activities when applicable.

6. Photos & Content

• Photos or videos may be taken during activities and events for use in the Academy’s promotional materials or official social media channels, subject to the parent/guardian’s consent and the Academy’s applicable policies.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Requests for registration cancellation or fee refunds are subject to the Academy’s approved cancellation and refund policy.
• A cancellation will only be considered complete once it has been confirmed by the Academy.

8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about the child and cooperating with the Academy to ensure a safe and supportive educational environment.
• Parents/guardians must comply with the Academy’s rules, regulations, and instructions.

9. Amendments to Terms
